Sponsor Donate Life branded materials for education outreach. Legacy works closely with Louisiana’s 79 Office of Motor Vehicles locations and 200+ Driving Schools in our state. Providing Donate Life Louisiana materials to these partners are our top priority since 95% of registrations occur at the OMV. Our education programs raise awareness and ultimately save lives. Our goal is to reduce the waiting time for the 2,087 Louisianans on the transplant waiting list by increasing in the number of registered donors along with living donors. The math is simple, the more individuals with a favorable view of donation; the more organs that will be recovered and more lives will be saved in our state! Individuals can register as a donor at the OMV, online at DonateLifeLA.org, by phone or by completing the brochure distributed to partners across our state.
